The myguide service is aimed at anyone intersted in learning about comuters and ICT, particularly those who feel they are excluded as a result of age,culture,physical or cognitive disabilities,attitude,or lack of knowledge and education. Go-On is a website which provides a simple,intuitive gateway to the internet.

- Obtaining a Gateway login-id which you can use to access e-government services.
- Creating and maintaining an individual customer profile;defining such things as text size and screen colours

Online basics is a package of courses that will help your learners get started with the basics of using computers and the internet.
It will take them through five courses that give them the skills to get started:
- Starting with a keyboard:allows users to practise typing and learn the functions of the different keys
- Starting with a mouse:gives simple step-by-step instructions on how to use a mouse
- Using email:how to send and receive emails,how to use an address book and how to store email in folders
- Using the internet safely:practical tips to help learners stay safe online
- Using online searches:learn to search the internet,find websites and bookmark them.
